Wife: Shirlee. Daughter: Georgia. Son of George Guy Hurlburt, who played baseball in the 3I Leagues, and Grace Hurlburt. Sadly, George died of a heart attack when Shirlee was in her ninth month of pregnancy with their daughter, Georgia Grace. I remember coming to visit George and Shirlee right after they were married, and how kind George was, showing us all over "his" city by the bay. He adored his young wife and was so happy she was going to have their child, so it is sad he never got to meet her. He would have been proud of her.
