Mom passed on to her family who were waiting for her. The family was the most important part of her lives. She was the middle child of 11. Born and raised in Arkansas to share cropper parents during the great depression but she said they never felt poor because everyone around them were just the same. They came to California in 1944 hopefully to find a better life. She worked at Sharps Army Depot and lied about her age cause everyone needed to work. She was having so much fun that her mother made her come home to Pittsburgh, Ca. She married her first husband in 1947 and had 2 children. When it ended in divorce she moved back home and a couple of years later met her second husband and had 3 children by him. She is survived by her sister, Veron Mooney of Concord and her brother Jerry Baker of Arroyo Grande, Ca. She is also survived by her children, Carol Johnson and her husband Terry of Ceres, David Hodges and his wife Louise of South Dakota, Laura Bozigian and her husband Vaughn of FT Mohave, Arizona, Daniel Fravel and his wife Linda of Portland, Oregon and Adam Fravel and his wife Chris. She also leaves behind 7 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, 8 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and quite a few nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and 3 sisters. Mom's passion besides her family was gardening. She was our "Moral Compass'' and the hub which this family wheel moved around.
