Mrs. Matilda Allison
The death of Mrs, Matilda Allison, who has been in failing health for several months, occurred Thursday, June 2nd, at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital. Mrs. Allison was the daughter of Amasa and Sarah (Chapman) Miller and was born July 8, 1844. For several years she had made her home with her sister, Mrs. Chas. Peck on River street, who survives her together with one daughter, Mrs. George Rexford of Utica. The funeral was held from the Peck home at 2:30 o'clock, Sunday afternoon, the Rev. Howard W.-Thomas pastor of the Methodist church, and the Rev. C. E. Brown pastor of the Baptist church, officiating. Interment at Fly Creek.
