Henry H. Higuera, 68, pioneer resident of San Luis Obispo, passed away at his home, 934 Branch st., Saturday night at 10:20 o'clock following an illness of several days. He was born in San Luis Obispo.
He is survived by two sons, Harry and Eddie Higuera of San Luis Obispo, and a step-son, Joe Enos of Oakland: two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Thessin of Oakland, and Mrs. Ella Propes of San Francisco; one brother, J.M. Hiquera of San Luis Obispo.
His wife passed away in October, 1933.
Recitation of the rosary will be held Monday night at 8 o'clock at the R.F. Richardson Co. Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at the Old Mission, where a requiem mass will be celebrated commencing at 9:30 o'clock. Interment will be made in the family plot in the Catholic cemetery.
Mr. Higuera had been an employee of the city public works department for a number of years.
