Cyrus E. Snook
"Cyrus E. Snook, aged 59 years, died at his home on the Granville Road near Lewistown, Saturday at 11:05 p.m. after an illness of six weeks with kidney trouble.
He is survived by one son who is in the United States Army and by 10 step-children. Four brothers and two sisters survive: Stephen C. of East Chestnut Street; Ross and Wade of Milroy; J. Wesley of South Walnut Street; Mrs. Harry (Rebecca) Ruby of Dorcas Street, and Mrs. James (Ada) Knepp of the farm connected with the county home.
Brief services will be conducted at the funeral home of Ralph Barchus by Rev. Hary J. Deiss, pastor of the White Memorial Congregational Church in Milroy, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in Woodlawn Cemetery.
The body may be viewed today after 6 o'clock at the Barchus Funeral Home."
