Husband of Isabelle Rowland Parker. He served in the Confederate Army in Company "A" of the 16th Regiment, Parson's Brigade in the Missouri Infantry. In May, 1902 he was elected as the Associate Judge of the North District of the Cass County Court. Father of Earl Parker, Henry Rowland Parker, Elroy Parker, Maude Parker, Geneva Parker Nixon, B. Everett Parker, Berry Collins Parker, un-named son who was born and died in 1874, Beulah Parker Tannehill, Irvin Parker, Jr., May Belle Parker, Jesse William Parker, Kate Gordon Parker.
