Agnes Mary “Aggie” Muntz, 94, of Elkhart died Friday, December 18, 2020 at Life Care Center of Lagrange. She was born January 30, 1926 to the late Eugene and Lillie (Strahley) Muntz in Wyatt, IN.

After graduating Nappanee High School in 1944, Aggie moved to Elkhart. She held down the Vitamin line at Miles Lab for 44 years as a machine operator. She retired in 1988. Aggie was a Sunday school superintendent, choir director, and song leader for Riverside Bible Church. Aggie enjoyed Southern Gospel concerts and met many of the artists she revered.

Left to cherish Aggie’s memory are a nephew, Bob (Sue) Jones and a niece, Cindy (Kevin) Loucks, two great nephews, and three great-great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Jennie Muntz. Her sister and roommate May Jones died Monday, December 21, 2020.

A graveside service for Aggie will take place on December 23, 2020 at 10:00AM at Rice Cemetery. Arrangements are with Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home.
