Kentucky New Era Obit posted 1/16/2010 reads as follows:

CADIZ, Ky. — Services for Norma Allen Cook, 73, Winchester Drive, Hopkinsville, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Revs. Franklin Skaggs and Jonathan Arvin officiating.

Burial will be at Adams Cemetery in Trigg County.

Visitation will be from 3 until 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

She died at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of injuries suffered earlier in the evening in a traffic collision on Canton Pike in Christian County.

A native of Stonington, Ill., she was born Nov. 9, 1936, the daughter of the late Joe Henry and Mabel Oathout Allen.

She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jack Cook; two sons, Lowell Cook, and Robert Cook; a daughter, Teresa Keeling; three brothers, Richard Allen, Dale Allen, and Ray Allen; two sisters, Lois Duquenne, Nancy Bruce, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
