..Jean A. Hinderliter, 74, died Sunday, Feb. 29, 1992, at her home in Thermopolis.
..She was born March 26, 1917, in Arapahoe to James and Anna Harts Ayers. The family moved to Thermopolis in 1928 where she attended school. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in teaching, she taught in rural Thermopolis and Hot Springs county until 1948.
..In May 1946, she married Robert Murdoch, following his death in 1955 she helped her brother on his ranch on upper Owl Creek until 1967.
..Hinderliter then returned to Thermopolis and worked for the Big Horn Children's Center, retiring in 1979. She married Arnold Hinderliter that same year in Ottawa, Kan. He died in 1988 and she returned to Thermopolis.
..She was a member of the Community Federated Church and enjoyed embroidery and reading.
..Survivors include ...Redacted...
..She was preceded in death by her two husbands; an infant daughter, Roberta A.; a brother, Lester Ayers; and two sisters, Marjarie Ayers and Gertrude Johnson.
..Services were held march 2. Burial was in monument Hill Cemetery.
