Pilinia Lee "Pat" King Cunningham was the sixth of ten children born to Charles Pinkney F King (b. 1839 in Alabama) and Mary Ann Middleton King (b. 1842 in Alabama). She married Samuel Cunningham (1st - b. 1865 in St. George, Utah) in 1889 or 1890 in New Mexico Territory...possibly in or near Roswell. She and Sam had eleven children:

Her obituary from an unknown newspaper was as follows: Pilina Fitzgerald - Funeral Services will be held tommorow at 3o'clock at Mittelstadt's Undertaking Co. for Pinina (sic) Fitzgerald, 71 of 944 W 50th Street who died at a local hospital Saturday. Interment will be in Washelli cemetary. A Resident of Seattle for three years, Mrs Fitzgerald was born in Austin, Texas. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs Myrinne Archer, Mrs Jessie Keys, Mrs Edna Stephens and Mrs Myrtle Mathews, and four sons by a former marriage, Frank S Cunningham, John E Cunningham, Clarence R Cunningham and Clifford Cunningham, all of Seatle.
