Miss Jennie Spitsbergen, aged 59 years, passed away last week, Thursday afternoon, at the home of her sister, in Zeeland, where she has been making her home. Death resulted from a heart attack. Miss Spitsbergen has been a resident of Zeeland practically all her life. She is survived by four sisters. of Grand Rapids, of Kalamazoo, of Zeeland and of Holland, and a brother, of Noddersville. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock at Langeland funeral home in Zeeland. Rev. J. Van Peursem, pastor of First Reformed church, will officiate. Burial took place in Zeeland.
