Mrs. Majors, 78, of Mt. Juliet, will lie in state today, March 28, 1994 from 11 AM to 1 PM with family visitation beginning at noon until services begin a 1 PM at Corona First Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby Sanders officiating. Burial is at Mt. Ararat Cemetery. Mrs. Majors died March 24, 1994 at Tennessee Christian Medical Center.
Survivors include daughters, Minnie (Thomas) Clemmons and Agnes (Clarence) Hardy; sons, John (Virginia) Henslee, Eugene (Jessie), Jesse (Robert) and Roy Majors; 29 grandchildren including devoted Sherrie and Renea; 67 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; brothers. J. C. (Lula) and Acie (Savannah), Nathaniel (Barbara) and Lloyd (Minnie) McFarland; sister-in-law Lucendia McFarland; brothers-in-law the Rev. James (Doris) Clemmons, Oakley (Martha) and Donald Majors; a host of nieces including devoted Martha Johnson; nephews, cousins and devoted friends Frances Bennett, Sarah McClennon and Edith Majors. Arrangements by J. C. Hellum Funeral Home.
