Born Sept. 16, 1894, in Adams County, She was a daughter of the late John and Anna Baldwin Bolan. Her husband , Lester S. Agle, died Nov. 3, 1976.
Mrs. Agle was a member of the First Church of God, Shippensburg, and the Excelsior Sunday School class.
She was a member of Oscar M. Hykes Post 223 American Legion Auxiliary, Shippensburg.
Mrs. Agle is survived by a son Ernest L. Agle, 501 Brenton Road, Shippensburg; a brother, Bruce W. Bolan, Carlisle; two sisters, Viola Bolan and Mrs. Ethlyn Bousum, both of 206 E. Burd St., Shippensburg; a grandson and a great-granddaughter.
Services were held today at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg, with the Rev. W. Stanley Darrah, her pastor, officiating. Internment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Agle may be made to First Church of God, 123 E. King St., Shippensburg, PA 17257.
