BROOKSTON - George Michael Albright, Sr., 71, died at 8:15 PM Thursday [Aug. 3, 1961] in his home 3 1/2 miles northwest of Brookston, following a year of illness. Born in Tippecanoe County, he formerly lived on Farm House Rd. He married Rose E. Huesing on Jan. 9, 1919, and she survives. Mr. Albright was a member of Brookston Federated Church.
Surviving with his widow are two sons, George Albright, Jr. of rural Lafayette and Richard Albright of Clarks Hill; one daughter, Mrs. Clayton [Gwen] Markland of Zionsville; two brothers, Albert Albright and Carl Albright, both of Lafayette; one sister, Mrs. Carl Seeger, also of Lafayette; and nine grandchildren.
