Frederick Irving Miller
age 77, of Belleville, MI, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor, MI. He was born January 23, 1935 in Connecticut, son of the late Harold & Elsie Miller.
Fred proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He retired as a machine builder after many loyal years with Ford Motor Company. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Belleville. During his retirement he enjoyed yard work, gardening and watching television; especially A&E programs like Bones and Criminal Minds. He was a social person who loved spending time with his grandson.
Mr. Miller is survived by his daughter Raquel Miller of Belleville, grandson Ayden Witmer, sister Joan Miller of Roseville, MI, brother Harold Miller, also of Roseville, also dear friend Beverly French of Belleville. He was preceded in death by his parents, also his wife Edna May (Przybylo) Miller on July 28, 2002.
Visitation will be 1-8 PM Wednesday with a 7 PM Scripture Service. Closing prayers will be 10:30 AM Thursday at David C. Brown Funeral Home, Belleville, processing to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 409 W. Columbia Ave. For an 11:00 AM Funeral Mass. Father Thomas H. Cusick will serve as Celebrant. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Belleville.
