Heaven received another angel on July 23, 2012, when Maida Lewis went home to be with the Lord.

Frank and Mada Means from Kansas City, Missouri, welcomed their first daughter, Maida Ruth, to their family on September 11, 1919. Maida was the fourth child of seven children and the last surviving member of her family.

Her husband Chuck met his wonderful wife in 1941 at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. They were married two years later and enjoyed 68½ years of wedded bliss. During this time, Maida was a marvelous helpmate for her husband and an active participant in different ministries within the church.
