Lawrence was the son of Elbridge Gerry Rosebrook and Mary P. Webb.

On Sept 2, 1894 in Lancaster, NH he married Hattie Luna Bliss, daughter of Enos Bliss and Mary J Neil.

Their children were George B, and twin daughters Mary E and Martha Sadie, all born in Vermont.

They made their home in VT, ME, and Groveton, NH. They were divorced before 1917 when Hattie married Ernest E Munroe. Hattie died in 1919.

In 1920 Lawrence and daughter, Mary, were living in Groveton where he worked for the paper mill and she was a servant in the boarding house where they lived until her marriage later that year. Lawrence was listed as widowed, so either he also remarried and his 2nd wife died, or the census was wrong. There are no records of a marriage or death.

There is no death date for Lawrence on the stone and no death info can be found. So it is not positive that he is actually buried in this plot with his daughters, except the American Legion marker and flag suggests he is here.
