Irmo - Funeral service for Vera Lowman Broach, 94, will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999, at Talbert-Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Ben Newman. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Tri-County Hospice Care, 111 Executive Point Blvd., Columbia 29210. Mrs. Broach, widow of Lewis Caswell Broach, died Wednesday, September 22, 1999. Born in Richland Co., she was a daughter of the late Henry David Lowman and Carrie Christine Metz Lowman. Survivors are her daughters, Evelyn Amick and husband, Pete of Irmo, Lorine Brazell and husband, Jim of Lexington; son, Albert C. Broach and wife, Emily of Blythewood; daughter-in-law, Bobbie Holley Broach of Columbia.
