"Skip was a highly decorated, 2-tour veteran of the Vietnam War, including recipient of the bronze and silver stars. He was a Special Forces Green Beret/Airborne Ranger and helicopter pilot."
"During Skip's life he was also an Eagle and Explorer scout, ski and dance instructor, woodcarver, carpenter, furniture maker, piano player, artist, stand-up-comedian, inventor, baker, chef, entrepreneur, and businessman. He was a resident of New Braunfels, Texas since 1987."
He is survived by father, Capt. George W. Bailey; his children, Dominic Bailey, Lino Bailey, Skyla Edwards, Summer Hancock; six grandchildren, five siblings, Terry Bailey, Kelly Bailey, Colleen Meaux, Michael Bailey, Timothy Bailey; and dear friends Bill Lowman and Racheal Johnson.
