At his home in Lapine June the 21st,Charles H.Webster passed away in poor health for some time and an affection of the heart. Deceased was 63 years old and was born and reared in and near the place of his death.He left surviving one son,Charles H.Webster Jr.,who is now serving a congregation church in Memphis as pastor. and three
daughters;Mrs.W.H. Stoddard,Mrs.Waverly Kendrick and Miss Lucy A Webster.Deceased was a good man and citizen and stood for the right as he understood and had been a member of the Methodist church for a long time.His remains were interred at Rocky Mount cemetery the following day.
