Funeral services were held last Monday afternoon at 2;00 p.m. from the home of Nancy Ann Bloomer Lee. She was born May 29, 1866. Died September 26, 1926, aged 60 years, 3 months and 26 days.

She was married to Wm. H. Lee February 7, 1886. To this union were born eight children: Mrs. J. A. Shipman, Mrs. J. C. Stewart, Mrs. Gertie Ward, Mrs. A. C. Robertson, Messrs, Loda, Emmett, Bryant and Ray Lee, all of whom were present.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Green, of Rogersville. The pallbearers were Tom Ferguson, Wilbur Carter, Pete Ladd, Will Crain and Joe Park. Interment was in Sparta Odd Fellows cemetery under direction of the Fred W. Fly Funeral Home.

The deceased professed faith in Christ about 16 year ago and was baptized. She was a faithful companion and loving mother, bearing her troubles silently.

Besides the eight children, she leaves two sisters, Mrs. E. P. Forgey and Mrs. Sam Grey; two brothers, Mr. George Bloomer and Mr. N. M. Bloomer; 15 grandchildren. Also a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.

The deceased died suddenly from a heart attack with no time in which to bid her companion and children. For He spake and it was done. He commanded and it stood fast.
