DEATH OF T.C. Bonebrake
Cutler and the entire county was shocked Saturday morning, September 28th when it was learned that T.C. Bonebrake had been suddenly called by death during the night. He complained of a slight pain in his side, but thought lightly of it. However shortly after retiring, he suffered a fatal attack and expired at once before medical assistance could be called.
The deceased man was born in Butler County, Ohio on August 6, 1850. In 1865 he moved to Walton and in 1874 was married to Miss Mary Kelso and they located in Cutler, Indiana. He made a success of life and was looked upon as one of the county's respected and substantial citizens, at whose death hundreds of his friends and acquaintances are deeply grieved. He is survived by Mrs. Bonebrake and four children: Mrs. Loren Flora, Darlington; Mrs. Bertha M. Meyer, Scranton, Pennsylvania; P.A. Bonebrake of Rossville, Indiana and Clyde Bonebrake of Cutler.
Reverend Bliss conducted the funeral services at the home Tuesday morning. Interment was in Ball Hill Cemetery.
