BELVEDERE ISLAND -- James Edward Baggett Sr., 64, died Jan. 23 in DeKalb County. He was a native of Fort Pierce, Fla., a former longtime resident of Marietta and a resident of Belvedere Island. He was a 1958 graduate of the University of Florida. He was active in the building products industry for more than 40 years and served as president of Georgia Concrete and Products Association the past three years. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Marietta.
