J. William Loar, Sr., 51, of Rawlings, died Thursday at Memorial Hospital after an illness of four weeks. Born in Frostburg, he was the son of the late C. Wesley and Eleanor M. (Gracie) Loar. He was the owner of Blooming Field Farms, Rawlings.
