He was born December 18, 1953, a son of the late M.L. "Buster" and Flossie Rogers Beard and was a sawmill worker. He is survived by his wife, Esther Willis Rogers, Columbia, KY, and the following: Two sons and daughters in law: Kerry and Kendra Rogers, Somerset, KY; and Lloyd and Melanie Willis xxxx of Columbia, KY
