Her godparents are listed on her baptism record as the Jastram's from Martinique. There was a Francois Jastram who lived rn at the same address as Sarah. Francois was in the cigar business and the Girard family owned a cigar store in 1850 at 226 Royal Street.
Sarah married Charles Reifel in 1865. Sarah died in Galveston, Texas and her death certificate incorrectly shows her mother as Sarah Jastram.
