Survivors include his wife, Wanda Marshall of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Janet Marshall of Tallahassee, Fla., Tim and Vicki Marshall of Roanoke, and Terry and Sandy Marshall of Max Meadows; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Ester and Roy Porter and Wilma and Carroll Bowman, all of Austinville, and Faye and Worley King of Waynesboro; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Elden and Sue Marshall and Troy and Bertha Marshall, all of Austinville, and Dean and Geneva Marshall of Reidsville, N.C.; four grandchildren, Hank Marshall, Bailey Marshall, Jessica Marshall and Branden Marshall, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral was held last Sunday August 22, 2004 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Funeral Home in Hillsville. Burial will be at a later date.
