LEWISVILLE - Fred Eugene McKnight, 75, of Lewisville died peacefully on February 16, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; and son, Ronnie. His immediate survivors are his son, Ricky McKnight and wife, Kay of Mocksville; daughter, Brenda Johnson of Lewisville; step-daughter, Pat Shores of Mocksville; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was a member of West Bend Baptist Church of Lewisville, and formerly employed by Thomasville Furniture Company. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and he will be missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service on Saturday, Feb.19, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Frank Vogler & Sons Clemmons Chapel. Friends may visit from 12 p.m. until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
