- Services were held this morning for Mary A. Dean, 76, of 725 Washington Ave., Charleroi, who died Friday, March 7.
- She was born in Charleroi, Aug. 26, 1902, daughter of the late George Coulson and Catherine Nalepa.
- She was a member of St. Jerome's R.C. Church, Charleroi, the Goodwill Club, the Catholic Daughters of America, Golden Agers and the Charleroi Senior Citizens Club.
- Survivors include her husband, John E. Dean; two sons, John E. (Jack) Dean of Twilight and Donald Dean of Belle Vernon; one daughter, Mrs. Sam (Evelyn) Perok of Charleroi; one brother, Steve Coulson of Charleroi; two sisters, Mrs. Steve (Irene) Durko of Charleroi and Mrs. Andrew (Martha) Wayco of Monessen. Six grandchildren also survive.
- A funeral mass was held this morning at 10 a.m. in St. Jerome Church with the Rev. Lawrence Smith officiating. Burial was in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
