"Little Philip" was a happy and friendly teenager that didn't know a stranger. On the evening of May 19, 1974, he was killed in a truck-car-accident on the highway just out side of St.Francis. He was 16 years old and a junior in high school. He worked at the local grocery store (the only one in town) bagging groceries so he was well known. Loved by many and liked by everyone.
