BEULAH MAE LEE WAS THE DAUGHTER OF CHARLES FRANKLIN AND WILLIE MYRTLE MOWDY LEE.

SHE MARRIED WILLIAM CONNER DICKERSON JR ON 20 JAN 1950 IN HAWKINS COUNTY, TENNESSEE. GOD BLESSED THIS MARRIAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING CHILDREN: KATHY LEE.

SURGOINSVILLE – Beulah Mae Dickerson, 83, of Surgoinsville went to be with her Lord and Savior on (Saturday) July 14, 2012 at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital. Beulah was born on July 12, 1929 in Hawkins County to the late Charlie and Myrtle Mowdy Lee. She retired from Hawkins County School System, Food City, and The Country Kitchen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ace Dickerson; brother, William Howard Lee; and two sisters, Jane Lee Armstrong and Ruth Lee Manis.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Dickerson of Surgoinsville; brother, Charles (Doc) and wife, Helen Lee of Elizabethton; two grandsons, Bill Carr and Louise of Church Hill and Wayne and Alice Carr of Surgoinsville; one step great grandson, Shawn Price; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends; and special friend and caregiver, Pam McDavid.

Calling hours are from 5 to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at Johnson Funeral Home of Church Hill and anytime at the residence.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. George Winegar and Rev. Bill Wilde officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Monday at Kinkead Cemetery. Everyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the funeral home by 10:00 to go in procession.

Pallbearers will be Mike Draine, Donald Hutson, Shawn Price, Steve Speaks, Tim Lee, and Charles Carr. Honorary bearers will be Rick Collins, Aaron Russell, Chuck Lyttle, and Troy Davis.

Johnson Funeral Home of Church Hill is serving the Dickerson family.
