W.C. Hamilton, 67, of Waco died Oct. 5, 1942. Funeral services will be held at Compton's Chapel, Rev. W.H. Coleman officiating, burial in Rosemound Cemetery.

He was born in Bastrop County, Texas to Charles and Sarah C. Hamilton.

Most of his life he lived in Waco, and worked at a carpenter.

Survivors include: his widow, Amy J. Hamilton; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Mitchell, and Mrs. S.D. Jordan of Waco; four sons, Lieut. O.H. Hamilton of Los Angeles, Dr. C.H> Hamilton of Raleigh, N.C., L.L. Hamilton of Waco, and Boyd Hamilton of Austin; four brothers, A.J. Hamilton of Ft Worth, L Hamilton of Austin, C.E. Hamilton of Austin, and Floyd Hamilton of Waco.
