She was born December 29, 1940 to Kenney Andrew and Ruth Dee (Bond) Anson, in Holdenville, OK.
Melba was raised in Tecumseh and attended Tecumseh Public Schools. She has been a lifelong resident of the Shawnee/Tecumseh area.
Melba married Kenneth Aubrey Hall on December 6, 1969 in Seminole, OK.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her home and family. Melba was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She had a sense of humor and loved clowning around bringing joy to all those she met.
Melba was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Janet Alexander.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Hall, of the home; three daughters, Roberta A. Autoboggey, of Atlanta, GA, Toni Spoon, of Florida and Amy Hall, of Shawnee; son, David Spoon, of Shawnee; brother, Pat Anson, of Checotah, OK; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren
