Annie Nixon was the youngest of nine children born to Capt. Thomas Graves "Tom" Nixon and Jane Young. She married Oren Elisha Jacobs on Sunday September 6th, 1903 in Madison Co., TX, and from this union came four children:
- Oren Elisha Jacobs Jr. (22 Jul 1904-5 May 1985)
- Annie O Jacobs (28 May 1906-28 Apr 1980)
- Joe Graves Jacobs (4 Jul 1908-9 Apr 1971)
- Janeva L Jacobs (16 jun 1910-21 Dec 1997)
