According to a grandson of Rev. Tom, Adam Rudolph Bizzell, Tom, his second wife, Azzie, and mother, Polly, gave the land for and built the first Bizzell Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church. Rev. Tom is considered the founding father of the church.

Son of Montraville "Monte" Bizzell and his third wife, Polly Ann Massengill. Rev. Tom was their only child.
2009 -- information found on Ed Massengill's website...Mary Pate ... first wife of Uncle Tom, and ... they had a son named Jim Found Uncle Tom in both 1910 census and the 1920 census, with Plly Bizzell living with him and his family.
Found Thomas Bizzell living with a Polly Hood in the 1900 census, living in Boon Hill, with ages close to Polly Bizzell's and Uncle Tom's
