Edmund T Hunt, 74, of 343 Rocky Hill Road, former self-employed operator of an egg route and manager of a farm in Montague, died Thursday in Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Mr. Hunt served his egg customers in Chicopee, Springfield, Holyoke and Northampton.
A native of Westfield, he also had worked for Agway Inc., and Spalding Division of Questor Corp., Chicopee.
He was a member of Westhampton Congregational Church.
Besides his wife, the former Anna Challet, he leaves two daughters; a brother, William T of Fairview section of Chicopee; seven grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
The funeral will be Saturday in the church with burial in Center Cemetery, Westhampton. Walter B Mitchell funeral home, Easthampton, is in charge.
