Private Family Memorial Services will be held at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. It was Mrs. Berres wish to be cremated with the burial of her cremains in Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
She was born July 8, 1928, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Elmer G. and Helen E. Karl Trousil. She graduated from Mishicot High School and Manitowoc County Normal College. She married Raymond J. Berres November 11, 1950, at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. She taught elementary school at Kettle Range School and later worked at Kornely Dairy. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond; seven children, Bruce (Carol) Berres, Mishicot, Linda Berres, Fond du Lac, Raymong (Kathy) Berres, Branch, Judy Berres and her special friend, Dan Holzer, both of Manitowoc, Brenda (Jerry) Weyh, North Fond du Lac, Randy (Kim) Berres, Manitowoc, Heide Berres and her special friend, Peter Gregorich, both of Green Bay; seven grandchildren, Tyghe Vallard, Jennifer, Julie, Daniel, Benjamin Katilyn and Jacob Berres; a sister, Gwendolyn Makowski, Clarks Mills; a brother, David Trousil, Kewaunee; also other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
