BAILEY, Charles E. Sr., 71, died of heart failure at L.R.M C. Monday November 27, 2006. Mr. Bailey was born in Willow Oak, Fla. February 26, 1935. He had lived here all his life. He was a postal clerk and was a member and past master of the Corinthian Lodge 191 Free and Accepted Masons. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He attended St. John Neumann Catholic Church. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service with 38 years of service. He was a part-time farmer involved with cattle and citrus. After retirement, he worked full time with his son on the family strawberry farm, C'B Farms. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Charlotte Cauecou and husband, Thierry. Charles is sur- vived by his wife, Joan Bailey of Willow Oak; son, Chuck Bailey and Lisa of Willow Oak; sisters, Sue Sellers and Mel of Lakeland, Fla. and Dorothy Bellew and Billy of Tampa; grandchildren, Ashley and Brooke Bailey and also the Myers and Purcell families. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2006, at Willow Oak Baptist Church.
