From his obituary: Mr. Dansby was a member of the Campground Baptist Church. He joined the 131st Tank Batallion of the National Guard in Ozark and was a veteran of World War II. He retired from the National Guard and was a farmer. His wife is Edna I. Dansby; daughters Annie Myrl Silavent of Selma, Carolyn Trolinger of Midland, Texas, sons Leon Dansby of Ozark, Wayne Dansby of Berkley, CA, Johnny Dansby of Tampa, FL, sister Bertie Mae Andrews of Ozark, brothers Rogers Dansby of Starke, FL, and Rex Dansby of Adel, GA. He had 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. His service was conducted by Rev. Camron Parrish and Harry Circle at his church.
