Ron Cole, 55, of Lincoln, died Wednesday December 1, 2010 at the University of Colorado Hospital in Denver. Ron was born February 17, 1955 to Roy and Myrtle (Dewey) Cole in McCook. Ron worked for Goodyear Tire & Rubber in production for 36 years.

Survivors include his Wife, Lori of Lincoln; Son and Daughter-in-law, Brandon and Laura Cole of Lincoln, Daughter and Son-in-Law, Jenni and Corey Craft of Lincoln; Grandchildren, Alex, Harrison, Carissa, Kayla and Bree; Brothers, DeLayne Cole of Lincoln, and Dennis and DeLynn Cole of Florida. Ron was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Meredith.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. on Monday, December 6, 2010, at Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home, 4040 A St., Lincoln, 68510. Rev. Mike Benischek will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Wyuka Cemetery. There will be no public viewing or visitation as Ron's wishes were to be cremated. Memorials are suggested to the family.
