Memorial service for Evelyn A. Bradshaw, 79, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Church in Spokane. Telford's Chapel of the Valley in Wenatchee is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bradshaw, who was born in Glendive, Mont., died Jan. 27.

She graduated in 1936 from Dawson County High School and in 1937 married Byrle Bradshaw in Glendive.

They resided there until 1943 when they moved to Terry, Mont.

Mr. and Mrs. Bradshaw moved to Riverton, Wyo., in 1949 and to Quincy, Wash., in 1952 In Quincy, they owned Brad's Cafe, and she worked as the cook and operator.

Her husband died in 1965. She moved to Spokane in 1967.

Mrs. Bradshaw worked as a budget analyst for the Soil Conservation District and retired in 1981.

She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and St. Joseph's Church in Spokane and Wenatchee.

Mrs. Bradshaw moved to Wenatchee in 1996.

Survivors include two daughters, Jackie Brunson and Marilyn Jursnick, both of Wenatchee; a sister, Loraine Prettyman of Keizer, Ore.; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
