Doris Edna Pennington, 87, of Tampa passed away July 4, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary W. Penn-ington, Sr.; her son, Gary W. Penn-ington, Jr.; her daughter, Janet D. Fucarino; her grandchildren, Nicole Weaver, Carisa Pennington, Evan Jenning's Pennington, and Davin A. Fucarino; and her great grandchildren, Hunter J. Pennington, Taylor and Tanner Weaver, and Tyler Montalbano. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at Lake Carroll Baptist Church, 12012 North Rome Avenue with Rev. Kyle Slater officiating. Graveside services will follow at 4 p.m. at Sunset Memory Gardens. The legacy she leaves is Love. Flowers are welcomed; or in lieu of, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 811 Evergreen Avenue suite 204 Chicago, IL 60642. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
