His family and friends will always remember his quick wit, his enthusiasm, his creativity and the sparkle in his eye. He was a watchmaker and manager of the repair department at B.C. Clark Jewelers for 29 years. He singlehandedly produced, directed and starred in the entertainment for the annual B.C. Clark Christmas breakfast. He was an active member of the National Mustang Car Club and the Green Country Mustang Club of Tulsa, and won numerous 1st place awards at shows around the region. He was also a model railroad enthusiast. Mr. Bailey was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Services will be held Thursday, March 6, 2:00 p.m. at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4323 N.W. 63, OKC 73116.
