I settled on a spelling for her given name, from the many variations, from her marriage record and the engraving on her husband's gravestone, "Husband of George Ann". The words of her father's Will, referred to her as: "My most beloved daughter, Georgeann, who is married to E.H. Boone." (Provided by Ken Boone). But an attorney no doubt wrote that, and George Ann is the spelling for several other young ladies in that area, and in the family.

She is in Blue Mound for the 1885 Kansas State Census, along with all of the family. She is stated to be living on her son Alex's application for the Dawe's Roll in 1902 in Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory.

Via info from descendant Ken Boone, George Ann is found on a supplemental census in a community near to Drytown, California with her divorced son Alexander on 16 Oct 1910. He is next found living with his brother's family in Kansas in 1915, so combined with family member's statements, she was passed away by that time.

This memorial page stands because the grave is obsolete, but she was such an important person in this family that the ability to link her needs to be maintained. When solid proof is provided of a different burial location the location will be moved. *No record or stone at this location.
