Ida Antonia Stegmann was born June 6, 1873, in Poland, the daughter of August and Mary (Schepanski) Stegmann. She immigrated with her parents to the United States in 1885 and settled in Chicago. She married Theodore Horn on July 27, 1890, in Chicago. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Theodore; three daughters, Estelle, Loretta and Gertrude Horn; two sons, Robert and Ernest Horn; her parents, August and Mary Stegmann of Chicago; and one sister, Helen Stegmann of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Elsie Horn.
