Funeral services for Odom Bolin, Jr., 95, of Neeses will be held three p.m., Friday, May 3, 2013 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston with burial in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Springfield, SC. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m., Thursday, May 2nd at the funeral home. Mr. Odom passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013.

Born in Orangeburg County, he was the son of the late Odom Bolin, Sr. and Epsie Chavis Bolin and was married to the late Essie Anna Sons Bolin. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, retired from Daniels Construction as a carpenter and was a US Navy Veteran having served in World War II.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Bolin (Charlie) Durst of Batesburg; son, Edward Rayford "Skeeter" (Jackie) Bolin, Sr. of Salley, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and ten great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Faye Rivers; a son, Henry Junior Bolin; sisters, Jessie Belle, Mozelle, Lizzie, Polly; brothers, Costie, Ezell, Bryant, Daniel and J. R.
