Opal Pearl James Stone, 77, of Girard, Kansas, passed away at Hospital District No. 1 in Girard. She had been in failing health for two years.

Daughter of Clarence Marion and Maudie Ethel Atwell James.

She married Ray Davis Stone on Jan. 24, 1942 at Chanute, Ks.

Vernon L. Stone of Kingsville, Tx.
Treva E. Stone of Mulberry, Ks.
Shirley L. Cochran of Farlington, Ks.
Judy P. Roberts of Pensacola, Fla.
