Services for Mrs. Jessie Inez Ruby, 76, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Parker Mortuary with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. She died Friday afternoon at her home, 2016 Van Buren.
Born Dec. 21, 1886 in Scottsville, she was a resident of Topeka most of her life.

Survivors include her widower, Frank Ruby of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Berniece Main of Iola, Mrs. Dassa Stover, 117 W. 16th, Mrs. Cayrl Reser, 2025 Van Buren, Mrs. Betty Intlehouse, 124 W. 21st, and Mrs. Lyrl Horn, 2014 Van Buren; two sons, John B. Denham and J. Gerald Ruby, both of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Etta Marty of Courtland, 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
