Robert Anderson was born January 10, 1932 to Jimbo & Jo Anderson in Vaughn, New Mexico. He passed away July 4, 2012 in Norman, Oklahoma. Robert grew up in the Maysville area. After serving in the United States Army he moved to Oklahoma City and went to work for Leeway Motor Freight. He met and married Charletta Blair in 1958, they were married for 54 wonderful years during that time they had three daughters.
In 1972 he built the family home in the Bridge Creek area. After retirement he drove a bus for Bridge Creek Schools for 19 years. After 33 years Robert and Charletta moved to Norman to be closer to their family.
Robert is survived by his wife Charletta; two daughters Paula Anderson, Robbie and husband Russell Allison; and two grandchildren Robert Allison, Kyle and wife Amanda Allison. He is preceded in death by his parents Jimbo and Jo Anderson, brother Henry Anderson, sister Wanda Duncan and daughter Carmen Lee Anderson.
