Measles Causes Another Death--Chanute Tribune
Fern Ellen Haynes, the 9-month-old daughter of Mr. & Mrs. William I. Haynes, 1202 N. Lafayette Avenue, died yesterday evening from complications of high fevers and convulsions after suffering from the measles. The child was sick several weeks.
The funeral will be held from the home tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Rev. E. F. Morris, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Chanute.
